In addition to mail in payments, we now accept payments by debit card on-line or over the phone.  If you choose to pay on-line or over the phone, please note the payment processing company does charge a $3.95 fee for each on-line payment or phone payment.   You will need the last 4 digits of your social security number and our File Number in order to proceed with these alternative payment methods.  Please contact us by telephone or email if you need help with the File Number.  Please note the following instructions for each of these alternative payment options.
